C-30 Substantial Completion of Ridgeview High School Cafeteria Expansion – Phase I
Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A.), has reached Substantial Completion in accordance with the project documents on April 2, 2012.
Recommended Action
Approve Substantial Completion.
